What is Product Catalogs?

Product Catalog is where sellers can post their selling products in a form of a Web page while buyers can view the product catalog in search of products for purchase. It is divided into categories based on a product type, and the category is again divided into another two subcategories for more thorough arrangement.

What is Manage Group? |
|
Group is simply a term for multiple products, and 'Product' is an actual product.
For example, if you are a manufacturer of scooters and have two models named CT and RT, Group name will be 'Scooter' as Items will be 'Scooter CT' and 'Scooter RT'.
In 'Manage group' in My SM160, you can create, edit, and remove a group.
group name and its description are not searchable and will not appear in search result lists while all information entered in Item fields is searchable in product catalog searches.

How to post and edit Product Catalogs?

In 'Post/Edit Product Catalogs' in My SM160, you can literally post and edit your product catalogs.
To create a new product catalog, simply click 'Post a new product', and to edit an already existing product, click 'Edit' button and make changes.

Would I be able to view my product catalogs at SM160.com
immediately after posting them?

No. If you post or edit products, SM160 staff will go through reviewing process to ensure the better quality of its content. The process will be completed within 24 hours, and only the approved information will be available to view online. Please be noted of the followings to avoid your information from being denied.
1. Product name, Brand Name, Model/Article Number
- You need to provide a general product name. (model name/number not allowed)
- e-Mail address should be removed.
- Product name should be written in English.
- Don't use special characters not adequete to standard text format.
2. Description
- e-Mail address should be removed.
- HTML Link is not allowed.
- Description should be written in English.
- Don't use special characters not adequete to standard text format.
- You need to provide enough information.
- Paragraphs in product description must be arranged in proper order.
- Only the text format allowed. Please select HTML option.

How many products can I post up to?
|
|
As a free member, you can post only up to 5 Product Catalogs. However, you can always upgrade your service to Trust OK or Pro where you can post 50 or more than 50 product catalogs.

How should I name my product?
|
|
Since product name is the most important criterion when buyers search products with a keyword, it is very crucial you name your product correctly.
You will have to include the type of your product when entering its name. For example, you should say 'Scooter CT' for a product instead of 'CT'.
