What is My Messages?

SM160 has created an inquiry management system call My Messages for SM160 members to conveniently utilize our inquiry service.
In ‘My SM160' there is a folder named ‘My Messages', and this works very similar to your regular e-mail servers. You cannot only send and receive Messages, but also reply, forward, perform many different functions with you Messages.
To view your incoming Messages, sent Messages, and deleted Messages, please go to Inbox, Sent Box, and Trash, respectively.
Moreover, if you select Inquiry Arrival Notice from e-mail Receiving Option, you can receive an Inquiry Notice mail when other users send you an inquiry through SM160. Now, you can check your Messages from e-mail.

What is Draft? |

Before sending an inquiry, you can write an inquiry and save it as a draft to send it later.
Whenever you write an inquiry, there is always ‘Save Draft' button in the bottom of the inquiry page. If you click the button, your inquiry will not be sent and will be moved and saved in your Draft folder.

What is Block List?
|
|
Block List shows the list of SM160 members you blocked to receive Messages.
You can block the senders of unwanted Messages by two simple ways.
1. In Inbox, click ‘Block' button after selecting Messages of senders to block using checkboxes. You can block multiple senders at once.
2. In an inquiry page, click ‘Block This Sender' to block the sender of the inquiry.

What is Contact List?
|
|
Contact List shows the list of SM160 members you added to your contact list. You should add SM160 members whom you are specially interested in. Contact List gives easier way to manage the contact point of your business partners.
You add the senders of Messages to Contact List by two simple ways.
1. In Inbox, click ‘Add to Contact List' button after selecting Messages of senders to add using
checkboxes. You can add multiple senders to Contact List at once.
2. In an inquiry page, click ‘Add to Contact List' to add the sender of the inquiry to Contact List.

Can I receive inquiry with my e-mail?
|
|
Yes, if you select Inquiry Arrival Notice from “mailing option” menu at My SM160, you will also receive an inquiry notice via e-mail when other send you an inquiry. Check your new inquiry also with e-mail.
