The basic concept of the Euratex UPS (Unit Production System),a combination of North American design and many years of practical experience,
is to bring the cut pieces of a single garment that are loaded into the hanger to the sewing machine operators at their work station with minimum
handing for the operator.Upon completion of the individual's operation the hanger is automatically delivered to the next operation within the system by the simple activation of a push button.This is all achieved by using a desk top computer to direct the hangers.
The computer not only directs the hangers but also generates numerous management information reports designed to aid supervision in increasing
productivity,reducing labor and overhead costs, maximizing available hours of manpower and utilization of equipment.Some of the reports generated include payroll,Cost Variance,Real Time dispaly(RTD)Operator Daily Performance(ODP),Potential Production,Production Summary,Random Quality Control(QC)and Inspection.With these and other reports the users are sure to be more competitive and flexible in face of the ever changing and increasingly demanding market.
