Profectus Auditing Services All limited companies in Hong Kong are required to have their accounts audited annually. They should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Ordinance and the accounting standards issued by The Hong Kong Society of Accountants. The Hong Kong Tax Authority only accepts tax returns accompanied by auditor’s reports. While there are many certified public accountants around providing auditing services, it is our professionalism, wealth of commercial experience, cost effectiveness, personal relationship with clients and our desire to continuously updating and improving ourselves that gives us the additional edge. Through our audits, we get to better understand the business of our clients and proactively identify ways to add value to those businesses. That is why most of our clients no longer treat Profectus just as another CPA firm. Instead they take Profectus as one of their strategic business partners. They rely upon our professional support to better develop and protect their business. In addition to statutory audits, we also perform internal audits and special audits where we are appointed to evaluate the internal controls and specific financial aspects of companies. Including our two partners, Raymond Choi and Won Chi Leung, we have three qualified accountants and several audit staff. The partners have more than 25 years auditing and commercial experience. |
